Maintenance Technician/Shift Operations Support Manager, 2nd Shift 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday - Friday, Direct Hire.

It’ll Be Pizza, a frozen pizza dough manufacturing facility is ready to hire a 2nd shift maintenance technician with supervisory experience. The preferred maintenance experience would be in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, gas, or other related industries. This position will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of bakery/dough manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. The supervisory experience preferred would have experienced managing up to 20 people working in a manufacturing production setting. Salary based on experience.

Requirements:

Experience with bakery equipment, conveyors, and mixers is a plus.
Competitive pay based on experience and current licenses.
Mechanical aptitude.
Experience with computers.

Responsibilities - we will train you:

Preventative Maintenance of plant equipment.
Equipment Repair.
Mechanical Troubleshooting.
Building Repair.
Follow proper sanitation procedures.
Follow all company safety procedures.
Contribute to training efforts to staff
Working knowledge of departmental daily operations
Performs other duties as directed by supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach constantly throughout the entire shift.
Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to work a fluctuating schedule.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Stamina to work 40+ hours per week.
